These rights apply to every AiWitness user in the United States, regardless of your state.
What We Collect

What We Never Do

✗We never train AI models on your encounter recordings
✗We never give anyone access to your evidence without your explicit consent
How We Protect Your Data
AES-256 ENCRYPTION
All recordings encrypted at capture using AES-256 — the same standard used by the US military.
TRIPLE REDUNDANCY
Evidence stored across 3 independent cloud providers simultaneously so your recordings are never lost.
BLOCKCHAIN INTEGRITY
Cryptographic hash recorded on Bitcoin blockchain — tamper-proof proof of authenticity for court.
ZERO-ACCESS ARCHITECTURE
Only you can access your evidence. Not even AiWitness staff can view your recordings without your permission.
