AiWitness does NOT sell your personal data.

We do not sell, share for cross-context behavioral advertising, or trade your personal information to any third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. Your data is yours. We are a protection platform — monetizing your data would directly contradict our mission.

Your California Privacy Rights

Right to Know
You have the right to request disclosure of what personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., data needed to complete ongoing transactions or comply with legal obligations).
Right to Correct
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
AiWitness does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This right is already satisfied by our data practices. No opt-out is required.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
You may direct us to limit the use of sensitive personal information (such as biometric data from video evidence) to only what is necessary to perform the service.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service.

To exercise any of your CCPA rights, submit a verified consumer request by:
